Tosalet Health Club SL is the data controller for personal data collected through tosalet.club and related membership application processes.
We collect the following personal data when you apply for membership: name, surname, email, telephone number, country of residence, nationality, family composition, personal history, interests, and meeting preferences. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
Your data is used to: manage your candidature, contact you regarding your application, evaluate your profile for admission, and — if you consent — send you communications about the Tosalet Ecosystem.
Data processing is based on your explicit consent provided at the time of application, and on our legitimate interest in managing the membership process.
Your data will be retained for the duration of the candidature process and, if admitted, for the duration of your membership. If not admitted, data will be retained for a maximum of 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
